OnlyFo provides digital services including:

• Embroidery Digitizing: Conversion of logos, artwork, and designs into embroidery machine formats (DST, PES, EXP, etc.).
• Raster to Vector Conversion: Transformation of low-resolution images into clean, scalable vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password

Payment Terms

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.

We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

Payment Processing

Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the delivered files, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with specific details about the issues. We may offer revisions, partial refunds, or full refunds at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Low-quality source files provided by the customer
• Subjective design preferences not communicated in the original order
• Requests made after 7 days from delivery
• Services that have already been used for production

Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all ownership rights to the original content you provide to us for digitizing or conversion. By submitting content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to any content you provide
• The content does not infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights

Our Content
