Payment & Billing
Currently, payments are processed manually via Wise ACH to a personal account. Clients are invoiced once their total unpaid balance reaches $50.00, or after their 5th completed order. An automated online payment gateway will be added in the future.
Refunds & Revisions
We do not offer refunds.
However, client satisfaction is our priority, and we offer two (2) free edits per order to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Note: A feature to request edits directly from your dashboard is currently in development. For now, please email us with your Order ID to request an edit.
