Once a job is created and assigned to an employee, the Onlyfo engine starts an automated 6-hour live countdown timer. If the completed work is not submitted within the 6-hour window, the task is automatically canceled by the system to ensure rapid turnaround times and maintain strict delivery schedules for your clients.
Subscriptions are handled securely via ACH wire transfer or direct bank transfer using Wise. Detailed bank and routing instructions are displayed directly inside your workspace's Billing & Plan tab. After initiating the transfer, simply upload your payment receipt; our Accounts Department will verify it and activate or extend your company subscription immediately.
Yes! The Onlyfo platform handles ANY digital file type without restrictions. Whether your team produces video edits, vector graphics, embroidery digitizing, photo retouching, audio tracks, or copywriting documents, you can upload source assets and deliver final files seamlessly.
If a submitted job requires adjustments, company admins can click "Request Edit", provide detailed feedback notes, and attach reference markup files. This updates the job status to "Needs Edit" and pauses payout release until the employee uploads corrected work and the admin double-approves the final deliverable.
Our integrated virtual wallet system automatically credits earnings to an employee's wallet as soon as an admin approves their job. Employees can view their balance and submit withdrawal requests. Admins then execute the bank/Wise transfer and mark the payout as paid in the Earnings dashboard.
