Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting artwork (like logos or designs) into a digital format that embroidery machines can read and execute. The digitizing process involves determining stitch types, stitch direction, density, and other factors to create a file that will produce high-quality embroidery on fabric.

We accept most image file formats including JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and SVG. For best results, vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are preferred, but we can work with any clear image. The higher the quality of your original image, the better your embroidery result will be.

We provide all common embroidery formats including:
  • DST (Tajima)
  • PES (Brother)
  • EXP (Melco)
  • JEF (Janome)
  • VP3 (Pfaff/Viking)
  • XXX (Singer)
  • HUS (Husqvarna)
If you need a specific format not listed here, please specify it when placing your order.

Not all designs are suitable for embroidery, especially those with very fine details or gradients. Here are some considerations:
  • Text should generally be at least 1/4 inch tall (6mm) for clear readability
  • Very small details may not reproduce well in embroidery
  • Gradients and shading are challenging and may need to be simplified
  • Designs with many colors will require more thread changes
Our digitizers will evaluate your design and suggest modifications if needed to ensure the best possible embroidery results.

Our pricing for embroidery digitizing is based on the size of the design:
  • Small designs (up to 4 inches): $10
  • Medium designs (4-6 inches): $15
  • Large designs (6-10 inches): $20
We measure the widest point of your design to determine its size category. For example, if your design is 5 inches wide by 3 inches tall, it falls into the medium category (4-6 inches).

Vector conversion, also known as raster to vector conversion, is the process of transforming pixel-based images (raster) like JPG or PNG into scalable vector graphics. Unlike raster images that lose quality when enlarged, vector graphics use mathematical formulas to define shapes and can be scaled to any size without losing quality, making them ideal for printing, signage, and other applications where scalability is important.

Raster Images:

  • Made up of individual pixels (tiny colored squares)
  • Lose quality when enlarged (become pixelated/blurry)
  • Common formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF
  • Ideal for photographs and web graphics

Vector Images:

  • Made of paths defined by mathematical formulas
  • Can be scaled to any size without quality loss
  • Common formats: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF
  • Ideal for logos, illustrations, and scalable graphics

We provide vector files in several formats:
  • AI (Adobe Illustrator) - Industry standard for vector graphics
  • EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) - Compatible with most graphic design software
  • SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) - Web-friendly format, great for websites
  • PDF (Portable Document Format) - Universal format readable on most devices
  • CDR (CorelDRAW) - Available upon request
If you need a specific format not listed, please mention it when placing your order.

The best images for vector conversion typically have:
  • Clean, well-defined edges and shapes
  • Solid or limited colors (not complex photographs)
  • High contrast between elements
  • Limited shading or gradients
Logos, line art, cartoons, illustrations, and simple graphics convert very well to vector format. While we can work with almost any image, photographs with complex details may not convert as cleanly and might require simplification.

Our pricing for vector conversion is based on the complexity of the design:
  • Simple designs ($10-$30): Basic logos, simple shapes, text-based designs with minimal details
  • Medium complexity ($30-$60): Moderately detailed logos, illustrations with multiple colors and shapes
  • Complex designs ($60-$100): Highly detailed designs, complex illustrations, intricate artwork with many elements
We'll assess your image and provide an exact quote before beginning the work. Factors that affect complexity include the number of elements, colors, details, and the intricacy of the shapes in your design.

Placing an order is simple:
  1. Create an account or log in if you already have one
  2. Go to "Place Order" and select the service you need (embroidery digitizing or vector conversion)
  3. Upload your design file(s)
  4. Provide specifications (size, colors, special instructions, etc.)
  5. Submit your order
After submitting, we'll review your order and begin working on it. You'll receive an email notification when your order is completed.

You make payment after we've completed your order and before downloading the final files. Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email notification. You can then log in to your account, view the preview of your completed files, make the payment, and download the files.

We accept the following payment methods:
  • Credit/Debit Cards through our secure Stripe payment gateway
  • PayPal for safe and secure transactions
All payments are processed securely, and your financial details are never stored on our servers.
